I am Dr. Davinna Ligons, PhD — Lifestyle & Metabolic Health Educator and Prevention & Health Advocate. My programs focus on building health literacy, metabolic awareness, and sustainable lifestyle practices that support long-term well-being.

Individual Education Sessions (Limited)

These short-term 1 - 3 sessions are designed to help participants clarify goals, understand key health concepts, and identify next steps for building sustainable lifestyle habits.

Sessions focus on education, awareness, and personal agency and are intended to support informed engagement with healthcare providers.

Ongoing individualized coaching is not offered.
